5000yrs ago a book called, "The Book of Tantra" was written. In that book it has 112 meditation techniques. One of those techniques is for pain. The book says to
perceive your pain as being far away. Far away like millions of miles away. It says if you do this it will seem like the pain becomes very distant. Do this any time
during the day. Be patient to see results. Your ability to use this technique should grow according to your ability to practice it.
